Cue is free to download and use. Cue Pro is a one-time purchase, sold through our reseller Creem. If Pro doesn’t work for you, write within 14 days and you get your money back.

Who we are

Cue is a macOS app made and sold by Lev Kormych, an individual based in Ukraine, called “we” or “us” below. These terms cover the Cue app and this website. By downloading Cue or buying Cue Pro you agree to them.

Who processes your order

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice and handles refunds and chargebacks. Creem’s own terms also apply to the payment.

Cue Free and Cue Pro

Cue is free to download and use with up to two scenes and all manual controls: hotkeys, the notch panel, the menu bar panel and the scene editor.

Cue Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited scenes and automation: applying a scene when displays connect, when an app opens, before calendar events and through links for tools such as Raycast, Alfred and Stream Deck. The current price is shown on this website before you pay.

Your Pro license

• A Pro license is for one person and works on up to three Macs that you use.
• You pay once. There is no subscription, and the license does not expire.
• It includes every 1.x update. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade; the version you bought keeps working.
• Please don’t share, publish or resell your license key, and don’t try to bypass the license check.

Refunds

If Cue Pro doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back in full. Write to us at kormdev@gmail.com, or to Creem at support@creem.io, the address on your receipt; either way, mention the email you used at checkout or your order number. Creem returns the money to your original payment method. After a refund the license key stops working.

This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

How Cue works on your Mac

Cue moves and resizes the windows of other apps using the macOS Accessibility permission you grant it. When a scene includes an app that isn’t open, Cue may launch it or open a new window in it. If you turn on a calendar trigger, Cue reads your upcoming events on your Mac to decide when to apply a scene. The Privacy Policy explains what that means for your data.

Updates and support

Cue checks this website for updates and offers them inside the app. For help, write to kormdev@gmail.com. We read every message and usually reply within a few days.

No warranty

We work to keep Cue reliable, but it is provided as is, and we can’t promise it works with every app, display or macOS version. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to Cue is limited to the amount you paid for Cue Pro.

Trademarks

Mac, MacBook and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Cue is an independent app and is not affiliated with Apple. Other app names shown on this website belong to their owners.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes never take away a license you already bought.
