Cue has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Your scenes, window titles and calendar stay on your Mac. When you buy Pro, we receive your name, email and country from Creem, only to deliver and manage your license.

In the Cue app

• Scenes. Scenes, app names, window titles and display details are stored only on your Mac, in ~/Library/Application Support/Cue. They are never sent to us or anyone else.
• Accessibility. Cue uses this permission to read where windows are and to move them. It works entirely on your Mac.
• Calendar. Only if you turn on a calendar trigger, Cue reads your upcoming events on your Mac to decide when to apply a scene. Event details are not stored by Cue and never leave your Mac.
• License activation. When you enter a Cue Pro key, Cue sends the key and your Mac’s model identifier, such as Mac14,6, to this website, which checks it with Creem and registers this Mac as one of the key’s three activations. Cue repeats the check about once a week. Nothing else about your Mac is sent.
• Update checks. Once a day Cue downloads the update feed from this website. Like any web request, this shows your IP address and Cue’s version to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs. Cue sends no system profile or usage data.

When you buy Cue Pro

Payments are handled by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We never see your card details. Creem shares your name, email address, country and order details with us so we can send your license key, process refunds and answer support requests. Your license key is delivered by email, through Creem or an email delivery service we use for that alone. How Creem handles your data is described in Creem’s Privacy Policy.

On this website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Support email

If you write to kormdev@gmail.com, we keep your messages to answer you and to help with your license.

How long we keep it

Order and license records are kept while your license is in use and for as long as accounting law requires. Support messages are kept for as long as they help us support you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by writing to kormdev@gmail.com. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
